Over 10 years of experience serving private clients on Kaua‘i.

Finca is a Spanish word for farm and pays homage to Chef Dannyʻs culinary roots back in Costa Rica, a tropical paradise similar to Kaua'i, where he lived for eight years. Makaleha is the majestic mountain range on the eastern side of Kaua‘i that borders the farmland where Chef Danny lives and grows many of the ingredients he cooks with. Both places have influenced his culinary career and continue to inspire his cooking.
